JOB DESCRIPTION- MANAGER- FINANCE/ACCOUNTSPurpose of the Role:To manage end-to-end financial operations including payables, receivables, inventory accounting, and general ledgers, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting to support effective decision-making within the organization.Key DeliverablesFinancial Operations:- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.- Oversee inventory accounting, reconciliation, and valuation as per company standards.- Maintain accurate general ledgers and ensure proper documentation.Reporting & Compliance:- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with accounting standards.- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, internal controls, and audit standards.- Generate and maintain weekly aging reports, highlighting critical accounts to management.- Provide regular status updates to corporate teams and escalate high-risk items promptly.Collaboration & Coordination:- Work closely with internal departments and corporate finance to ensure clarity, alignment, and smooth financial operations.- Support audits (internal/external) by providing necessary data and clarifications.Qualifications & Skills RequiredEducation & Experience- CA or Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant with 4–8 years of relevant experience.- Experience in the nutraceutical or Pharmaceutical industry is preferred.- Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP environments is an added advantage.Technical Skills- Strong understanding of financial management including payables, receivables, inventory management, and ledger maintenance.- Proficiency in financial reporting, reconciliations, and adherence to accounting standards.Soft Skills- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with corporate teams.- Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple priorities.
