Dealing into turn key projects which includes, designing, fabrication & installation of Paint shop. The company is known for it's design and eco-friendly Surface Coating Plants for Automotive OEM, Tier 1 & General Industries who seek to improve their product quality and achieve higher RFT, by means of strict adherence to processes and providing comprehensive project execution and service support.Role DescriptionThe Project Manager will oversee the entire lifecycle of turnkey projects, ensuring successful execution from planning through delivery. This role involves managing multidisciplinary teams, coordinating with clients, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, particularly in the automotive and engineering sectors, and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.Requirements- Oversee the end-to-end management of turnkey projects in Surface Finishing and Water Leak Test Systems (electro-coating services, Industrial Oven Systems, Powder Coating Oven, Shower Tester Systems) - Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, procurement, manufacturing, etc.) to ensure seamless project execution - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring alignment on project objectives and milestones. - Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders - Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet both company and client specifications - Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans to address them proactively - Drive process improvements and efficiency within the project management function. - Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standardsKey Performance Indicators -- On-Time Project Delivery, Budget Management, Resources Efficiency - Client Satisfactions, Quality of Delivery, Risk management - Team Leadership, Process ImprovementQualifications/Skills- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), - 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the similar industry OR automotive or HVAC/Programme Manager (Tier I)/engineering industries. - Experience handling project worth >25 cr is desirable. - PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus. - Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects - Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams - Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset to drive project objectives - Proficient in project management tools and methodologies
