TCS Hiring for Network- SD WAN/SwitchesExp: 2 to 5 yearsLocation: GurgaonRequired Technical Skill SetLAN, WI-FI, Cisco SDWAN, Routing, Switching, Cisco WLC, Cisco ISE, Cisco DNAC, Aruba Controller & Clear passMust Have:- Co-ordinating with ISP’s Vendors for the link down/related issues - Detect and respond to incidents proactively, with clear escalation procedures and communication channels. - Deliver regular reports on network performance, including bandwidth utilization, latency, uptime, and availability metrics, with actionable insights for network optimization.SD WAN- Manage private links ensuring high-performance WAN links that connects remote sites with redundancy and failover solutions. - Manage SD-WAN solutions, enabling dynamic routing and bandwidth optimization across regions. - Provide mechanisms to minimize jitter, latency and packet loss, ensuring an optimal user experience for global collaboration tools.Branch Network WAN- Manage WAN links connecting all branches ensuring redundancy and high availability for office locations and retail outlets across the country. - Ensure stable and secure network connections for all branch offices and locations, with real-time monitoring and troubleshooting. - L2 Network Troubleshooting, capacity trend/problem identification, patching, configuration managementLAN/Wi-Fi- Full lifecycle management of LAN, including switch configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting. - Manage the Wi-Fi network, ensuring coverage, security, and performance for both office and remote locations. - Provide secure, segregated guest Wi-Fi access with appropriate bandwidth controls.Audit Participation and Documentation- Participate in all audits requested by the customer, including filling in required forms and collecting relevant data. - Ensure timely and accurate submission of all requested audit materials. - Complete all audit questionnaires and related documents as required by the customer, ensuring thoroughness and compliance with the scope of the service provided.Provide supporting evidence, as needed.
