About the firm:Finteger Global, for one of its clients is looking for a full-time Sr. FP&A Analyst for the client’s FP&A function. The role would report to the Director of FP&A and would involve supporting budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and cost control across the organization, which is headquartered in Saudi Arabia.Designation provided will be that of an Assistant Manager or Manager depending on the experience and skillsets of the candidate.Position: Financial Planning and AnalysisKey Responsibilities:FP&A support• Help plan and manage budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial goals for business units and subsidiaries• Build and maintain financial models, and analyze data to spot trends, differences, and opportunities for improvement• Prepare monthly reports, dashboards, and financial statements, along with adhoc analyses to guide decision-making• Understand and improve finance systems, processes, and workflows across the company• Drive process improvements to ensure good governance, control costs, and support business growth• Work closely with colleagues across Finance and other departments to share insights and make better decisionsDeliverables:• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans for business units.• Build and maintain financial models to support decision-making.• Generate monthly reports, dashboards, and financial statements, highlighting trends • and variances.• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis to guide leadership decisions and special projects.• Monitor performance, control costs, and find opportunities to improve efficiency.• Streamline finance processes and reporting to ensure accuracy and governance.• Work closely with Finance and other teams to share insights and support businessdecisions.• Use FP&A systems and BI tools like Oracle EPM, SAP BPC, Adaptive Insights, Power BI, and Tableau for reporting and analysis.Preferred Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance + Professional designations like CA, CPA, or CMA.• 4–8 years of experience in FP&A or cost control• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills• Experience with Business Intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau• Familiar with FP&A systems such as Oracle EPM, SAP BPC, or Adaptive Insights• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills• Strong communication, attention to detail, and leadership abilities
