About CompanyThe company operates in the health and wellness technology industry, creating innovative solutions that help individuals monitor and improve their fitness and metabolic health.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:• Own budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and monthly reporting cycles• Analyse P&L, Working Capital, and Balance Sheet performance• Lead monthly variance analysis with deep insights on revenue, cost, margins, and operational efficiency• Build and automate MIS, business dashboards, and performance management reports• Drive cost optimization initiatives across functions• Partner closely with business teams to evaluate performance metrics for growth, profitability, CAC, retention, LTV, contribution margin, and efficiency• Support manufacturing finance cycles including standard costing, cost variance analysis, material consumption, and plant performance reviews (for candidates with manufacturing background)• Collaborate cross-functionally in a high-paced start-up environment.• Support financial transformation initiatives including automation, process improvement, and system enhancements.Requirements:• Qualification: CA / ICWA / MBA Finance or equivalent• Experience: 2–8 years in FP&A, Business Finance, or Financial Planning roles• Must-have experience in:1. Budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling2. Variance analysis and management reporting3. P&L, Working Capital, and Balance Sheet analysis4. Cost optimization and performance improvement projects5. Business metrics analysis for consumer/tech/manufacturing/start-up environments• Hands-on experience in manufacturing finance or start-up finance (preferred)• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills• Ability to work in dynamic, fast-growth environments.What We’re Looking For:• Professionals with strong analytical capability, business acumen, and proactive ownership• Preference for immediate joiners or minimal notice period• Experience in global business or manufacturing setup is a strong plus
