If you thrive on taking ownership, have a passion for learning and enjoy challenging the status quo, we want to hear from you!Who we are:Our team is responsible for the;- Support in manufacturing of new products for the entire product portfolio. - Qualification support of new products and ensure production ramp up - Development of Test Engineering and Automation Framework. - Developing and delivery of Assembly & Test documentation and training solutions.Team works closely with PLM, Product architects, SCM and other stakeholders to help NPI developments and production ramp. As part of this team, you will get an opportunity to validate, demonstrate and influence new technologies to shape future optical, routing, fiber broadband and wireless networks.What you work:- Collaborate with Engineering and Design teams to review DFx principles and establish best practices to meet the PCB/PCBA Quality. - Validate the PCB design using DFM tools such as Valor. - Maintain the constraints and rules as per the industry standards and requirements to meet highest level of product quality. - Coordinate with Design, Procurement and PCB suppliers to resolve all the PCB/PCBA Technical Queries on time. - Ensure the incoming Quality of PCB prototypes and complete the first piece qualification (PSR). - Drive the integration of quality requirements into design reviews, risk assessments, and validation activities. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation in DFx practices. - Support other tasks necessary to meet the organizational objectives.Mandatory skills:- Hands on experience in Siemens Valor. - Establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of PCB/PCBA supply quality. - Work closely with Engineering and Manufacturing teams to identify and resolve DFx issues early in the design phase. - Establish and maintain DFx documentation, including control records, specifications, and guidelines.Desired skills:- Strong knowledge of PCB and PCBA manufacturing processes. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders. - Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics. - Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma, is desirable.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience: 7-10 years of Proven experience in quality assurance or product development roles, with a focus on DFx principles and practices. - Education: Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Electronics, or a related field.Diversity and Inclusion Statement:- Tejas Networks is an equal opportunity employer.
