Job description:We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer with 2 to 3 years of experience in executing and supervising aluminium doors, windows, and interior fit-out works. The ideal candidate will ensure timely project execution, quality assurance, and coordination with multiple stakeholders at project sites in and around Bangalore.Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and execute installation of aluminium doors, windows, partitions, and glazing systems as per drawings and specifications. - Oversee interior fit-out works, including false ceilings, modular partitions, and finishing activities. - Conduct site inspections to ensure work progress aligns with project timelines and quality standards. - Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project managers to resolve site issues. - Verify measurements and ensure correct installation of fabricated components. - Maintain daily reports, site documentation, and update progress regularly. - Ensure compliance with safety norms and company protocols. - Participate in client and consultant meetings for project updates and technical clarifications.Requirements:- B.E. in Civil Engineering - 2–3 years of site execution experience, preferably in aluminium/glass and interior works - Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and reading architectural/structural drawings - Good understanding of installation techniques for aluminium systems and interior finishes - Strong communication and site coordination skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks - Willingness to travel within Bangalore project sitesPreferred:- Exposure to façade engineering or modular aluminium systems - Experience with commercial, residential, or institutional interior fit-outs - Knowledge of project planning and vendor managementJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In personJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
