Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Finance Operations Manager. The Finance Operations Manager will oversee daily financial operations, ensure compliance with accounting standards, prepare financial reports, and develop strategies for cost optimization. The role involves leading financial planning and budgeting, managing operational workflows, analyzing financial performance, and working closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and drive efficiencies. This role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, analytical, and have proved themselves in the field and have a zeal to grow and learn faster and is a team player.Qualifications- Strong expertise in Operations Management and the ability to streamline processes for maximum efficiency - Proven Analytical Skills with a track record of solving complex problems and making data-driven decisions - Finance and Accounting knowledge with expertise in financial principles and practices - Experience in Financial Reporting, including preparation and analysis of reports, and regulatory compliance - Excellent leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively - Proficiency in financial software and tools - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred - Previous experience in finance operations or related roles is an advantage - Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills. - Good communication and interpersonal abilities. - High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and integrity.Key Responsibilities- Record and maintain daily financial transactions (journal entries, invoices, receipts, and payments). - Preparing financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss accounts. - Reconcile bank statements and vendor/supplier accounts. - Support the month-end and year-end closing processes. - Handle accounts payable and receivable activities. - Assist in preparation of tax returns, TDS, GST filings, and other statutory compliance. - Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records. - Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and information. - Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in handling financial data.
