We partner with companies and food vendors to enable seamless, tech-driven dining operations that improve efficiency, transparency, and satisfaction for all stakeholders.Job Summary:The Site Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the cafeteria/site, ensuring efficient execution of services, maintaining hygiene standards, managing vendor staff, and delivering a superior customer experience to corporate clients and users.Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily cafeteria/site operations and ensure smooth functioning as per GoKhana’s SOPs. - Act as the single point of contact between GoKhana, client administration, and food vendors. - Monitor food preparation, service timelines, portion control, and presentation. - Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safety protocols are followed at all times. - Handle user escalations, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally. - Maintain inventory logs, daily sales reports, and reconcile POS data with backend systems. - Conduct regular audits and share site performance updates with the central team. - Manage attendance and discipline of vendor staff at the site. - Coordinate with the GoKhana tech team for app issues, device support, and updates. - Support events, menu changes, and promotions on-site.Requirements:- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in cafeteria, hospitality, or food service operations. - Graduate in Hotel Management / Hospitality preferred (not mandatory). - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Hands-on experience with POS machines and basic tech apps. - Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently. - Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or shifts if required. - Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene norms.Working Conditions:- Full-time, on-site position. - Uniform and training will be provided.-
