This is a strategic role based at the Corporate Office, with oversight of menus, kitchen operations, and culinary teams across units.Key Responsibilities- Menu Development: Lead the creation, innovation, and standardisation of menus and recipes aligned with the brand philosophy, guest expectations, and market trends. - Food Preparation & Presentation: Oversee all aspects of food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation to ensure consistent quality and visual appeal across properties. - Kitchen Operations Management: Ensure adherence to standardized recipes, portion control, cooking techniques, and SOPs across all kitchens. - Kitchen Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor Executive Chefs, chefs, and kitchen teams to maintain uniform cooking standards and operational efficiency. - Cost Control & Profitability: Manage kitchen budgets, food costing, wastage control, and vendor coordination to ensure profitability without compromising quality. - Food Safety & Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and statutory requirements across all units. - Training & Development: Design and implement structured training programs to upskill culinary teams and support talent development and succession planning.Candidate Profile- Bachelors Degree in Culinary Management or similar - 20 years experience in Kitchen Management displaying progressive growth towards a Regional / Corporate Chef role with reputed Hotels in India. - Proven experience in a Corporate / Regional / Multi-Unit Executive Chef role - Strong expertise in menu engineering, food costing, and large-scale kitchen operations - Excellent leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills - Deep understanding of food safety regulations and quality control systems - Willingness to travel across properties as required
