In this client-facing role, you will play a crucial part in driving sales, managing data, analyzing insights, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Client Management:- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and offer personalized gut health solutions. - Drive end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to deal closure. - Maintain and strengthen client relationships through regular follow-ups and excellent customer service.2. Data Management & Analytics:- Organize and manage sales data to track performance and customer interactions. - Analyze data to derive insights that enhance sales strategies and customer engagement. - Utilize CRM tools to maintain records and report on key sales metrics.3. Communication & Collaboration:- Effectively communicate Sova Health’s value proposition across calls, emails, and virtual meetings. - Collaborate with marketing and customer support teams to align sales efforts.4.
