Ltd. and help us build immersive, living worlds for our upcoming 3D Socializing Game – Vauxer Lifestyle.At Vauxer, environments are not just backgrounds — they are social spaces where people meet, interact, and express themselves. We’re looking for a 3D Environment Artist who can create visually rich, optimized, and modular game environments for real-time multiplayer experiences.Location: Bhubaneswar (Work from Office)Type: Full-time | 6-day workweekSalary: ₹40,000 per month️ Role OverviewYou’ll design and build interactive 3D environments such as social hubs, apartments, outdoor locations, and themed worlds. You’ll collaborate closely with Unity developers, level designers, and VFX artists to ensure environments look premium while running smoothly on mobile devices.Responsibilities- Create high-quality 3D environments for real-time game use - Model modular assets, props, and architectural elements - Design social spaces like lobbies, hangout zones, apartments, and outdoor areas - Optimize meshes, textures, and draw calls for mobile performance - Set up assets in Unity (URP preferred) with correct scale, lighting, and materials - Work with lightmaps, reflection probes, and post-processing - Collaborate with developers for environment interaction and navigationRequired Skills- Strong experience in 3D environment modeling (Blender / Maya / 3ds Max) - Solid understanding of modular workflows and level composition - Knowledge of PBR texturing (Substance Painter / Designer) - Experience with game-ready asset optimization - Familiarity with Unity environment setup and lightingBonus Skills- Experience working on multiplayer or social games - Knowledge of terrain tools, foliage systems, and vegetation workflows - Experience creating stylized or semi-realistic environments - Understanding of mobile performance constraints
