Responsibilities:As a Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to- Act as a central point of contact for all territory finance departments - Actively involved in various month end activities which includes but not limited to booking journal entries, analyzing and acting on accrual needs, variance analysis reporting and balance sheet reconciliations - Play a key role in the build out of forecasts and budgets for the business - Develop new ideas and propose innovative solutions to problems - Use a broad range of tools and techniques to extract insights from current trends in the business area to help drive decision making - Look at ways to improve efficiency through automation and process improvement - Meet and communicate with cross-functional teams to complete assigned reporting tasks accurately and on time effectively - Ability to work flexible hoursMandatory Skill Sets:- 8+ years of good technical accounting experience - Excellent customer service skills; Responds to client requests promptly and professionally - Organized with excellent attention to detail - Ability to work independently, learn quickly, and multi-task in a dynamic, fast paced environment - Strong technical skills and proficiency in the Firm's standard suite of work solutions, such as Power BI, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power Automate, SAP, S4/HANA, Alteryx, Business Warehouse, etc. - Ability to effectively communicate with staff at all levels - both verbal and written - Excellent team player who can work in a virtual/global team - Resourceful and creative problem solver with a keen ability to troubleshoot issues, find root cause, and develop solutions - Utilizing the firm's various resources available to meet and maintain digital upskilling initiativesShift Timings : UK Shift
