Join our dynamic team and help shape the future of online shopping, influencer marketing, and financial technology in India!What You’ll Work On (Key Responsibilities)- Partner Support & Coordination - Assist in onboarding and coordinating with third-party affiliates, publishers, and content partners - Support communication with partners for campaign updates and basic issue resolution - Campaign Execution Support - Help in executing campaign promotions across BFSI (credit cards, loans) and non-banking categories (ecommerce, D2C) - Coordinate with internal teams (Content, Tech, Operations) to ensure smooth campaign rollout - Performance Tracking & Reporting - Track basic metrics like clicks, leads, and conversions - Maintain MIS sheets, trackers, and campaign performance reports in Excel - Market & Partner Research - Research new affiliate partners, platforms, and industry trends - Support the team with competitor benchmarking and insights - Documentation & Process Support - Assist in maintaining partner documentation, campaign briefs, and internal reportsSkills We’re Looking For- Basic understanding or strong interest in digital marketing / partnerships / performance marketing - Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets (basic formulas, data tracking) - Good communication and coordination skills - Ability to follow processes and work in a fast-paced environment - Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasksGood to Have (Not Mandatory)- Exposure to affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or BFSI products - Internship experience in marketing, operations, or business development - Familiarity with ecommerce or fintech platforms
