Experience: 2–4 yearsLocation: Gurugram OnsiteType: Full-timeAbout Xtreme Gen AiXtreme Gen Ai builds custom Voice AI agents that handle real business conversations — sales calls, renewals, support, feedback, and operations — at scale.We work with SMBs and mid-market enterprises across India, where deals are driven by problem clarity and execution, not brand marketing.This is not a “leads will be given” role.Role OverviewThis is a pure outbound sales role.You will:- Identify and prospect SMB and mid-market accounts in India - Run discovery calls directly with founders, CX heads, ops heads, and business owners - Sell without marketing support, inbound leads, or brand leverage - Own deals end-to-end — from first call to close to early expansion - Work closely with the founder and engineering team to shape real solutionsIf you are used to demand gen teams, SDR handoffs, or polished enterprise enablement — this role is not for you.What You Will Do- Build your own outbound pipeline (LinkedIn, calls, email, WhatsApp) - Run first-principles discovery (not scripted demos) - Qualify use cases where Voice AI can drive real ROI - Close SMB and mid-enterprise deals independently - Handle objections around cost, trust, AI adoption, and change management - Maintain clean deal notes and revenue forecasts - Learn how AI, telephony, and LLMs are sold in real production environmentsWho This Role Is ForYou should apply if:- You have 2–4 years of outbound B2B sales experience - You have sold without marketing or inbound support - You are comfortable hearing “no” more than “yes” - You are a doer, not a deck-presenter - You prefer ownership over structure - You’ve worked in or around:Who This Role Is NOT ForPlease do not apply if:- You need leads to be handed to you - You rely on heavy marketing, events, or partnerships - You are uncomfortable selling evolving products - You are looking for a “stable enterprise sales” role - You are not okay with ambiguity and fast learning- CPaaS / telephony - SaaS for ops / CX / support - Early-stage or zero-to-one products
