We are looking for a high-calibre Distribution Sales Manager to build and scale our GT/MT retail presence across Mumbai.Your mission:Place FromAir premium glass bottled beverages across every premium grocery store, gourmet retailer, and supermarket in Mumbai - and build a strong distribution network that scales.Key Responsibilities1. Distributor Appointment & Management·Identify, evaluate, appoint, and onboard distributors across key Mumbai zones.·Build a solid distribution network with clear coverage, supply, and service norms.·Ensure distributor ROI, stock hygiene, credit discipline, and territory performance.2. Premium Retail ExpansionTarget and onboard premium retail formats including:·Gourmet & specialty stores·Premium supermarkets·Modern trade chains·High-end neighbourhood grocery stores·Organic, healthy-living, curated retail spaces·Ensure strong placements for: Mineral Water • Vitamin Water • Sparkling Water • Ginger Ale • Tonic Water • Wellness Blends3. Market Coverage & Visibility·Achieve wide retail availability and strong shelf visibility.·Drive product sampling, premium display execution, and in-store activations.·Work with stores for menu insertions, QR placements, and brand storytelling.4. Sales Growth & Performance·Full end-to-end responsibility for monthly target achievement.·Manage retailer onboarding, order cycle, replenishment & off-take growth.·Expand repeat sales and widen product assortment per outlet.5. Relationship Development·Build strong relationships with store owners, purchase managers, category heads, and MT buyers.·Drive strategic tie-ups with premium chains.·Ensure consistent brand presence and priority billing.6.
