The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end inbound operations including Inbound Voice, FRM, and a dedicated NIYO team.Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team consisting of Team Leaders + 25 Customer Care Associates across Inbound Voice, Insurance, Deposits & CASA Sales. - Drive team productivity and ensure all performance KPIs are met. - Ensure strict compliance across all processes. - Analyze performance gaps and initiate corrective action plans. - Push sales outcomes and deliver exceptional ESQ on every customer interaction. - Maintain process discipline and operational excellence.Experience Required:- 5–7 years as a Unit Manager in Inbound Voice/Outbound Sales. - 8–10 years overall relevant experience in contact center sales. - Strong track record in team handling, sales performance, and process compliance.Interested candidates please drop in your updated resume on neha.a@ or Whatsapp on 7208069100
