- 6–14 years of experience in software design, development, and implementation within the banking and financial services domain - Strong hands-on expertise in TAP Core, WTX, and ITX (latest versions) - Solid understanding of the full software development lifecycle and technical analysis - Experience with Unix scripting and Oracle database development/support - Good knowledge of private banking operations and financial products - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders - Proven team player who can take ownership, work independently, and deliver under tight deadlines
