With CAPITAIRE’s expertise in Accounting, Taxation, and Business Advisory, Special 40 students gain practical insights from seasoned finance professionals.Job Summary:The Placement Officer – Special 40, is responsible for supporting and facilitating employment opportunities for candidates enrolled in the institution’s accounts and finance job training program. The role focuses on employer engagement, candidate readiness, placement coordination, and post-placement support to ensure successful employment outcomes aligned with industry requirements.Key Responsibilities:1. Industry Outreach & Employer Engagement:- Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with companies, recruiters, CA firms, accounting firms, banks, shared service centers, and staffing agencies hiring for accounts and finance roles. - Identify and onboard employers aligned with the institution’s accounts training curriculum. - Develop and maintain a structured database of employers, job roles, and hiring requirements. - Understand employer expectations and communicate industry skill requirements to the training and academic teams.2. Candidate Placement & Career Support:- Work closely with trainers and academic coordinators to assess candidate readiness for placement. - Guide candidates enrolled in the accounts training program on job application processes. - Match trained candidates with suitable job roles such as Accounts Executive, Junior Accountant, Accounts Assistant, Billing Executive, Audit Assistant, and related positions.3. Placement Drives & Employer Coordination:- Organize and manage on-campus placement drives, job fairs, employer visits, and virtual interviews for trained candidates. - Coordinate scheduling, candidate shortlisting, and interview logistics. - Act as the primary point of contact between employers, candidates, trainers, and management during placement activities.4. Placement Tracking & Reporting:- Maintain accurate records of student profiles, training completion, interviews, offers, and placements. - Track placed candidates’ performance and collect employer feedback for continuous improvement of the training program.Qualifications & Skills:1) Education:- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.2) Experience:- 4–5 years of experience in placement, recruitment, corporate relations, or preferably within a training institute, college, or skill development organization. - Prior exposure to accounts and finance job placements is highly desirable.3) Skills:- Strong communication, coordination, and relationship-building skills. - Familiarity with recruitment tools, job portals, and placement tracking systems. - Good understanding of entry-level to mid-level accounting roles and hiring trends. - Strong organizational, documentation, and follow-up skills. - Ability to guide and mentor candidates from training to employment.Key Attributes:- Candidate-centric and outcome-focused approach. - Proactive in employer engagement and placement planning. - Ability to work collaboratively with trainers and academic teams. - Strong problem-solving and follow-up capabilities. - Commitment to delivering consistent and inclusive placement outcomes.
