Job Description- Executive- Training, Engagement Designation Executive Department Training & Development Grade Work Schedule Fixed Designation of Superior Training Manager Designation of Subordinate NA Designation of Department Head Training Manager Qualification: MBA Years of Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in conducting soft skill trainings. Job Objective – To assist with and coordinate all activities related to Training and Development Department thereby ensuring smooth functioning ofthe same. Principle Accountabilities-: Operational: • To get engaged in driving Training and Development initiatives at all centers of Progenesis – Group of Fertility Centers. • Facilitate scheduled and ad-hoc training delivery. • Help in designing and executing training calendars. • Prepare various MIS as needed by Training Manger. Induction Coordination: • Coordinate with HR department Progenesis Fertility Center to get nominations for induction program. • Conduct Orientation Program trainings for all new joiners and address their queries, ifany. • Coordinate with functional heads / other trainers for their sessions in the induction program • Prepare post training report and send it weekly. Content Development: • Assist in design training modules for soft skills and behavioral training sessions. • Assist in designing, developing and printing training documents (Feedback sheets, Handouts, Activity Sheets, Checklists, etc.) Training Need Analysis and Post Training Evaluation: • Assist and coordinate to roll out and drive training need identification projects related to behavioural of soft skills using various methodologies(performance appraisal, audits, tests, etc.) across all organizational Progenesis Fertility Center and analyze the same. • Post training, analyze the feedback of the sessions conducted and inform findings. Training Delivery: • Deliver trainings in all centers of Progenesis Fertility Center as planned in the monthly calendars. • Maintain accurate reports of every training conducted. • Coordinate for trainer’s travel and accommodation arrangements. Asset Management: • Maintain all training assets and other materials safely before and after the training sessions. Key Performance Indicators: • 100% accurate Data Management- Induction, Internal and External Trainings. • 100% compliance to TNA, Training Feedback and Effectiveness.
