We are looking for talented people who are customer focused, enjoy helping others and have the DRIVE to excel in a fast-paced environment!Position SummaryThe Associate Systems Engineer will be responsible for ongoing support, maintenance, debugging, and enhancements for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules, including Core HR, Recruiting, and Payroll. This role requires strong Oracle Fusion HCM technical expertise, data analysis skills and a full understanding of the Oracle Fusion HCM data model.Key Responsibilities- Analyze complex issues and business requirements to produce detailed technical design specifications in compliance with company standards. - Collaborating with architects and technical leads on design decisions and solution direction. - Document interface architecture and implementation plan for internal and external stakeholders. - Research and resolve technical issues promptly and effectively. - Utilize strong knowledge of relational databases for data extraction, transformation, and integration with internal and external systems.Requirements:- Strong systems-thinking capability, able to transition between high-level design and detailed implementation. - Data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to adapt to new technologies and approaches. - Understanding of industry best practices for integration, architecture, tools, and processes. - Self-starter with strong analytical skills and curiosity to learn across multiple technologies. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. - Technical expertise in Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud tools, including: HCM Data Loader (HDL), BI Publisher, Fast Formulas and HCM Extracts.Education and/or Experience- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, CIS, MIS, Information Technology, or related field (required). - 3–5 years of demonstrated experience in systems engineering or related technical roles. - Minimum of 2 years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM technical skill set. - Experience deploying capabilities for large, service-driven organizations. - Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.Our Values:An AutoZoner Always...- PUTS CUSTOMERS FIRST - CARES ABOUT PEOPLE - STRIVES FOR EXCEPTIONAL PERFORMANCE - ENERGIZES OTHERS - EMBRACES DIVERSITY - HELPS TEAMS SUCCEED
