The role involves assisting in ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, conducting research on laws and regulations, and supporting the compliance team in tracking and managing compliance-related tasks. The intern will also help in drafting and reviewing legal documents, assessing compliance risks, and supporting various compliance-driven projects alongside the legal team.Qualifications- Proficiency in Law, with a focus on Legal Compliance and Regulatory Compliance - Skills in Compliance Management, particularly in maintaining and adhering to regulatory standards - Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate risks and ensure adherence to key legal requirements - Understanding of corporate governance and policies is an advantage - Skilled in Drafting Contracts, with legal binding contours on a case to case basis - Detail-oriented, with excellent research and organizational skills - Ability to work in a team and effectively meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment - Pursuing or holding a degree in Law or a relevant field
