You will own paid acquisition and lead generation with direct responsibility for quality, efficiency, and scale. The expectation is not just to run campaigns, but to improve CAC, funnel conversion, and overall growth efficiency in a meaningful way.You will work closely with sales, program, and leadership teams to ensure growth efforts translate into real business outcomes.What You'll Be Doing:- Strategic Lead Generation: Analyze and refine our current lead generation efforts, making them more effective. - Performance Marketing: Run, optimize, and scale ads across platforms (Google, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn) to boost growth. - Data-Driven Decision Making: Track performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns to bring in high-quality leads. - Innovate: Think outside the box and bring fresh, creative ideas to drive growth.
