Their state-of-the-art facilities produce tablets, capsules, injectables, ointments, dry syrups, and dry injections, adhering to stringent standards.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Noida West for a Tender Manager (Pharmaceuticals) at Francis Remedies (I) Pvt. Ltd. The Tender Manager will be responsible for:- Source and identify relevant tender opportunities. - Manage end-to-end creation of proposals, ensuring all client requirements and deadlines are met. - Work with sales, technical, finance, and legal teams to gather input and create comprehensive bids. - Analyze tender documents, assess risks, develop winning strategies, and conduct cost/price calculations. - Ensure all submissions adhere to regulations, company standards, and client specifications. -Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, negotiating terms and conditions. - Maintain accurate tender records and databases. - The candidate will also establish and maintain strong client and supplier relationships, while supporting marketing efforts to promote the company’s pharmaceutical offerings in various markets.Skills Required- Strong project management and organizational skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. - High attention to detail and analytical thinking. - Negotiation and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines. - Leadership and team management skills.Qualifications- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in tender or bid management in pharmaceutical industry. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. - Pan-India distribution network.Expected SalaryRs. 35,000 - Rs. 40,000 per month.
