We also have a foundry division to manufacture Gravity die Aluminium castings and sand castings. The total turnover is around 20 crores per annum.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer located in Coimbatore. He will be responsible for development of new parts from RFQ to complete Finish parts PPAP process. The role involves the selection of casting and machining processes, create CNC part program for turning, VMC and HMC machines and provide Cost estimate to customers. Responsibilities include planning of fixtures, tools, Instruments and develop component as per the timeline. The role also requires maintaining and updating process documentation and ensuring smooth operations of manufacturing lines.This is a full-time on-site role for a Process planning engineer located in Coimbatore. He will be responsible for development of new parts from RFQ to complete Finish parts PPAP process.Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in engineering or Equivalent - Strong communication and project management skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Lead cross-functional teams to drive new parts development initiative - Minimum 5 -10 years hands on experience in New parts DevelopmentExperience:- Experience in developing large size casting & steel Machining & heavy engineering parts- Good knowledge in material specifications and standards- Reading & interpreting the engineering drawing and arrive machining process- Knowledge in selecting the machine as per drawing requirement- Good knowledge in CNC part programming in VTL, Turning, HMC, VMC- Hands on experience in Fixture concept, Cutting Tools selection and Measuring instruments requirement as per the print- Cost estimate including cycle time, Tooling cost, Fixture cost and submit quotation to the customer- Good knowledge in APQP Process like Process flow, process documents, control plan. PFMEA- Develop component as per the APQP Process- Knowledge of Quality standards and continuous improvement.- Knowledge to Prove out the Cycle Time, Cp, Cpk.- Detailed understanding to workout feasibility for machining part RFQ.- Should be able to Communication with internal & external customers.Salary: As per industry norms- depending upon existing experience & package.Contact: Mobile no: 9003919182
