With strong regional credibility and growing digital reach, we connect brands and institutions with highly engaged local audiences.Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Event, Channel Advertising & Sponsorship Manager to drive revenue through digital advertising, brand partnerships, and event sponsorships. The role focuses on monetizing our digital platforms and on-ground/virtual events while building long-term relationships with advertisers, sponsors, and local businesses.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Revenue Generation- Identify, pitch, and close advertising and sponsorship opportunities across digital platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc.). - Create customized media and sponsorship proposals for brands, local businesses, government bodies, and institutions. - Drive revenue through branded content, integrated campaigns, and sponsorship-led solutions.Event Monetization- Lead sponsorship sales for news-led events, award shows, debates, community initiatives, and special programs. - Collaborate with editorial and marketing teams to align sponsor objectives with event formats and content.Client & Partner Management- Build and manage strong relationships with advertisers, agencies, PR firms, and corporate partners. - Act as the primary point of contact for sponsors, ensuring smooth execution and high client satisfaction. - Manage negotiations, pricing, contracts, and post-campaign reporting.Platform & Campaign Strategy- Work with internal teams to design cross-platform advertising packages. - Track campaign performance and present ROI-driven insights to clients. - Stay updated on digital media trends, regional market dynamics, and competitor offerings.Required Skills & Qualifications- 2–5 years of experience in media sales, advertising, sponsorships, or business development (digital/regional media preferred). - Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and branded content formats. - Proven ability to pitch, negotiate, and close deals. - Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced media environment. - Knowledge of the Bundelkhand or regional market is a strong advantage.What We Offer- Opportunity to work with a fast-growing regional media brand. - High-impact role with direct revenue ownership. - Exposure to large-scale events, brand campaigns, and strategic media partnerships. - Competitive compensation with performance-based incentives.How to ApplyInterested candidates can apply directly via LinkedIn.
