This role involves coordinating with teams, vendors, stores, and customers while ensuring smooth internal operations.Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with design team & freelancers - Manage operators’ attendance, leaves, and daily coordination - Handle raw material ordering & inventory (Madeira & local vendors) - Coordinate with stores across India (10–15 locations) - Manage job work orders, walk-in customers & basic client coordination - Assist with invoices, salaries, and data entry (Excel sheets) - Support hiring and onboarding of new staff - Handle miscellaneous operational tasks (logistics, machine movement, vendor coordination, travel-related tasks)Requirements- Experience in operations / office management (retail, manufacturing, apparel, embroidery preferred) - Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets - Good communication & coordination skills - Ability to multitask and take ownership - Familiarity with ChatGPT / AI tools is a plusWhy Join Us- Work closely with the founder - Exposure to retail, embroidery, events & operations - Fast-growing business with learning opportunities
