Job Summary :We are seeking a skilled Robotics Automation Engineer to design, develop, program, and maintain robotic and automation systems. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement efficient, safe, and scalable automation solutions for industrial and operational environments.Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and implement robotic automation systems and workflows - Program and configure industrial robots (e.g., ABB, KUKA, FANUC, Yaskawa, UR) - Integrate robots with PLCs, sensors, vision systems, and control systems - Develop and maintain automation logic using PLCs, HMI, and SCADA systems - Perform robot simulation, testing, debugging, and optimization - Ensure system safety compliance (ISO, ANSI, OSHA standards) - Troubleshoot robotic systems and resolve hardware/software issues - Support commissioning, installation, and on-site automation deployment - Document system designs, technical specifications, and SOPs - Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software engineering teamsRequired Skills & Qualifications :- Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field - 2+ years of experience in robotics automation or industrial automation - Strong knowledge of industrial robots and automation systems - Experience with PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, etc.) - Familiarity with robotic programming languages and tools - Understanding of sensors, actuators, servo motors, and control systems - Experience with industrial communication protocols (EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, Modbus) - Basic knowledge of CAD tools and robotic simulation software - Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsPreferred Skills :- Experience with Machine Vision systems (Cognex, Keyence, OpenCV) - Knowledge of AI, ML, or computer vision in robotics - Experience with collaborative robots (Cobots) - Familiarity with ROS / ROS2 - Experience in automotive, manufacturing, or warehouse automationTools & Technologies :- Industrial Robots: ABB, FANUC, KUKA, Yaskawa, UR - PLC & Control Systems: Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell Studio 5000 - Simulation Tools: RoboDK, Process Simulate, RobotStudio - Programming: Python, C/C++, Ladder Logic - Communication: EtherCAT, PROFINET, ModbusWhat We Offer :- Competitive salary and performance-based incentives - Opportunity to work on cutting edge automation projects - Professional growth and learning opportunities - Collaborative and innovation-driven work environment
