Job Position: Agile Scrum DeliveryJob Type: Full-TimeLocation: PuneExperience: 10 to 12+ YearsResponsibility- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 10–12 product engineers.- Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development planning.- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture.- Product Delivery life cycle Management, Release Train Engineering (RTE) and Implementation- Own end-to-end delivery of product lifecycle, ensuring timelines, quality, and stakeholder alignment.- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, vendors and QA to define scope and priorities.- participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and product release cycles.Technical Oversight- Guide product decisions and maintain scalable product versions.- Review code and provide constructive feedback.- Stay current with emerging technologies and advocate for best practices.- Align product engineering goals with business objectives.- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.- Contribute to hiring strategy and participate in technical interviews.Education:• B. Tech or equivalent IT Degree.
