Since inception, Credila has funded 178,000+ Indian students across 63 countries in 4,600 institutes.Job Description:The Personal Assistant to Senior Management will manage calendars, meetings, interviews for 4-5 members of Senior Management along with handling follow up and coordination for multiple projects and tasks as part of MD’s office. The person will need to coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders and handle official email and correspondence for the Senior Management.Office Location:Kalina, MumbaiOffice Hours:Monday to Friday - 9.30 am to 6.30 pm100% work from officeKey Responsibilities:- Managing the calendars, meetings and daily activities of top management team. - First point of contact to all internal and external communications related to the top management of the company. - Scheduling and managing appointments, Calendar events. Organising meetings and arranging required documents. - Preparing Minutes of Meeting, sharing with Stakeholders. - Travel Arrangements (Ticket Booking, Hotel and Cab Booking for Outstation Visits). Taking care of VISA letters, VISA process for top management. - Sharing Consolidated Monthly Reports, presentations and data analysis in coordination with other team heads - Handle presentation, graphs, data analysis & Event Management. - Handle expense reimbursement for the management teamSkills:- Excellent communication skills - High energy and positive attitude - Ability to maintain Integrity, Privacy and Confidentiality - Strong command on MS Office toolsQualifications and Experience:- Graduation in any stream - 3+ years of relevant work experience
