We foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and innovation.About the RoleWe are looking for a Junior Business Analyst / Junior Project Manager with 0–2 years of experience in Insurance domain. In this role, you will support documentation, testing, and coordination between business and technical teams. Strong communication, Agile methodology knowledge, and hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Excel, and manual testing are essential. You will also contribute to UAT and begin supporting automation testing initiatives.ResponsibilitiesCommercial Insurance Knowledge- Understand core processes related to Commercial Lines insurance such as submissions, underwriting, quoting, policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, and billing. - Assist in mapping workflows and identifying gaps or improvements.Agile Delivery Support- Participate in Agile ceremonies (standups, grooming, sprint planning, retros). - Maintain and update requirements, tasks, and sprint progress in JIRA. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery.Testing & Quality Assurance- Create and execute manual test cases for functional and integration testing. - Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business teams. - Identify defects, document them clearly, and track them to closure. - Show willingness to learn and contribute to automation testing as needed.Stakeholder Communication- Communicate clearly and proactively with onsite/offshore teams. - Present updates, issues, and requirement clarifications in a structured manner. - Ensure alignment between business expectations and technical outcomes.Tools & Technical Skills- Strong working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, reporting). - Ability to create simple reports, dashboards, and requirement matrices. - Basic understanding of integration flows or data movement is a plus.Qualifications- 0–2 years of experience as a Junior BA, BA, SME, or Junior PM, specifically in Commercial Insurance. (Preferred) - Strong communication skills—both written and verbal. - Experience in: (Preferred) - User stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria - Manual testing and UAT support - Agile practices and ceremonies - JIRA and Excel - Exposure to automation testing tools (added advantage). - Basic understanding of API flows or system integrations.Education- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
