The Mother Teacher will play a pivotal role in nurturing young learners, ensuring their emotional well-being, and laying a strong foundation for early learning through engaging and age-appropriate activities.Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary caregiver and class teacher for assigned pre-primary students. - Create a safe, loving, and stimulating classroom environment. - Plan and conduct age-appropriate activities focusing on early literacy, numeracy, motor skills, and social development. - Support children’s emotional, social, and personal growth. - Observe and assess each child’s progress and maintain student records. - Communicate regularly with parents regarding child development and well-being. - Assist students with daily routines such as meals, hygiene, and transitions. - Collaborate with coordinators and fellow teachers for curriculum planning and events. - Maintain classroom discipline with care, empathy, and positive reinforcement. - Participate in school activities, celebrations, trainings, and meetings.Eligibility & Qualifications- Diploma/Degree in Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) / Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCE) or equivalent. - Graduation preferred. - Prior experience as a Mother Teacher or Pre-Primary Teacher will be an advantage. - Freshers with relevant qualifications and a passion for teaching may also apply.Apply through -
