Experience in dealing with developers and understanding real estate market trends is crucial.Skill Sets: -· Confident, go getter & result oriented· Excellent communication (Written, Oral) and Presentation Skills· Excellent listening skills and understanding of client requirements· Perseverance· Ability to push hard and good negotiation skills· Organized approachJob Responsibilities and Duties· Research and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands toidentify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.· Use sales forecasting methods and techniques to analyze and filter serious leads.Manage the lead pipeline effectively, ensuring that potential clients are followed upwith in a timely and consistent manner.· Develop strong relationships with industry professionals and key stakeholders topromote Mulberry Villas & Pods products, creating long-lasting business connections.· Review market analysis and meet with clients to assess their current and future needs,ensuring the company maintains a quality relationship with each customer· Ensure continuous follow-ups with prospective leads, addressing client queries, andproviding necessary information. Engage in constructive dialogues to close deals andconvert leads into clients.· Develop and implement innovative sales campaigns and strategies to attract newcustomers while retaining existing ones. Work towards driving revenue and marketexpansion.· Represent Mulberry Villas & Pods at industry conferences, meetings, and events toincrease the company’s market presence and foster professional relationships.· Work closely with other departments, such as the Design Team, to support salesinitiatives and ensure smooth execution of projects.· Set clear and achievable sales targets, regularly tracking progress and makingadjustments to strategies to ensure targets are met or exceeded.· Prepare and present detailed sales reports to senior management, providing insights onperformance, challenges, and recommendations for growth· Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, market developments, and competitorstrategies to refine sales approaches and maintain a competitive edge.· Use strong negotiation skills to close high-value deals that contribute to the profitablegrowth of the business.The ideal candidate should be dynamic, self-motivated, and eager to contribute towardsexpanding Mulberry Villas & Pods market share through innovative strategies, strong clientrelationships, and effective sales practices.
