Cisco Access Point, Cisco wireless controller, Cisco ISE solutions for network automation and assurance. · Create low-level and high-level designs of SD-WAN and DNAC networks. · Troubleshoot complex network issues related to Viptela SDWAN and DNAC · Perform installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network hardware and software. · Monitor network performance and optimize network infrastructure · Policy Management: Develop and enforce network policies, including traffic management policies. · Integrate DNAC with existing network infrastructure. · Develop and maintain network policies using DNAC. · Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to DNAC deployments. · Provide best Practices and Recommendation including regular operations feedback for the improvement of services · Measure and benchmark the network performance using Client Acquired, and Approved, network performance tools · Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with other Platform Network teams, provide guidance to L1 and L2 engineers, and lead network projects · Inventory, SOP creation, Network Diagram and Audit and complianceGood-to-HaveITSM Process Knowledge Proven analytical and problem-solving skills Leadership skills Certifications in Cisco technologies on SDWAN
