Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for Outdoor Advertising Sales in Mumbai at Bridgecomm. The role will involve day-to-day tasks related to communication, sales, account management, marketing, and business development to promote and sell outdoor advertising solutions in the market.Job ResponsibilitiesCampaign Execution- Coordinate with teams in Mumbai and Delhi to ensure smooth execution of advertising campaigns. - Use internal software to upload, schedule, and manage creatives on digital screens in New Delhi. - Ensure all campaigns go live on time and run without technical issues. - Act as a liaison between the Mumbai and Delhi teams to facilitate seamless communicationReporting & Documentation- Maintain log reports of all campaign activities, tracking performance and troubleshooting issues. - Create decks and presentations summarizing campaign execution, performance metrics, and key insights for clients and internal teams. - Ensure all campaign-related data is well-documented and accessible for future reference.Team and Process Management- Manage and oversee the Mumbai operations team to ensure efficient execution of tasks. - Optimize workflows to improve productivity and streamline coordination between teams. - Assist in troubleshooting and problem-solving to maintain operational efficiency.Basic Accounts- Assist in raising POs, preparing invoices, and basic Tally entries. - Support in bank reconciliation and expense tracking. - Follow up with clients for payments and outstanding dues in coordination with the Accounts team.Skills and Qualifications- 2–4 years of experience in operations management, preferably in advertising, media, or campaign execution. - Basic working knowledge of Tally (PO, invoicing, bank reconciliation). - Strong coordination and communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel – Pivot Tables/VLOOKUP, PowerPoint, Word). - Comfortable working with software and digital tools to schedule and monitor campaigns. - Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to multi-task.Why Join us?- Be part of a fast-paced outdoor advertising industry with exposure to both operations and accounts. - Opportunity to grow into a Manager-level role with cross-functional expertise in operations and accounts.
