You will work closely with cardiologists, hospitals, AI engineers, and product teams to ensure OneRx performs reliably in real clinical settings and continuously improves based on practitioner feedback.This role is ideal for someone who has worked within an AI or digital health product environment and wants to help build a clinically trusted cardiology evidence platform for doctors.Key ResponsibilitiesEvidence Research & Curation (Cardiology)- Identify, review, summarize, and validate cardiology clinical trials, guidelines, and peer-reviewed evidence - Curate structured evidence from sources such as ESC, ACC/AHA guidelines, ICMR, PubMed, and leading cardiology journals - Translate complex cardiology evidence (risk stratification, diagnostics, treatment pathways) into clear, structured formats suitable for AI ingestion and retrievalClinical Accuracy & Validation- Validate AI-generated cardiology responses for medical accuracy, guideline alignment, and contextual relevance - Support development of clinical guardrails to ensure safe, compliant, and evidence-based AI outputs - Review cardiology treatment algorithms, diagnostics, drug therapies, and clinical decision logicDoctor & Hospital Collaboration- Work directly with cardiologists and physicians in hospital settings to gather feedback on product usability, accuracy, and clinical relevance - Translate real-world clinician feedback into actionable product and evidence improvements - Support onboarding and engagement of doctors during cardiology pilot deploymentsDoctor Validation Panel Development- Build and manage a panel of practicing cardiologists and physicians who will test and validate the product in real clinical scenarios - Coordinate structured testing, feedback cycles, and documentation of clinical insights - Ensure feedback from the doctor panel is systematically incorporated into product iterationsClinical Data & Evidence Operations- Perform protocol-driven abstraction and validation of cardiology-related clinical data from EHRs, physician notes, investigations, and clinical reports - Support evidence tagging, mapping, and standardization using accepted medical terminologies - Contribute to SOPs for evidence quality, review workflows, and medical data governanceProduct & AI Collaboration- Work closely with AI, engineering, and product teams to translate cardiology clinical logic into clear product requirements - Participate in UAT, testing, and feedback cycles within the AI product lifecycle - Provide continuous, structured feedback to improve AI workflows and cardiology evidence presentationContinuous Medical Updates- Stay current with new cardiology research, guideline updates, and landmark trials - Support regular evidence updates and expansion across cardiology sub-areas (e.g., hypertension, heart failure, ACS, arrhythmias)Who You Are Education- PharmD / MPharm / MD Pharmacology / equivalent medical-science background - Strong exposure to cardiology or cardiovascular medicine preferredExperience- Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical research, medical affairs, or evidence research - Prior experience working in an AI, digital health, or healthtech product environment - Hands-on experience with evidence review, clinical documentation, and protocol-driven workflowsSkills- Strong understanding of evidence-based cardiology - High attention to detail and analytical rigor - Ability to clearly interpret, synthesize, and articulate cardiology evidence - Comfortable working with cross-functional product and engineering teams - Strong written and verbal communication skillsBonus (Not Mandatory)- Experience with clinical data platforms, EDCs, or AI annotation systems - Exposure to UAT, product testing, or clinical validation frameworks - Familiarity with cardiology-related terminologies or regulatory-aligned data standardsWhy Join OneRx- Be part of India’s clinical evidence infrastructure - Work directly with cardiologists and hospitals - Shape how AI is responsibly used in cardiovascular care - Collaborate with AI engineers, clinicians, and product leaders - High ownership, fast learning, and strong growth trajectoryCompensation- Competitive fixed compensation - Performance-linked growth opportunitiesApply : Application – Medical Affairs (Evidence Research – Cardiology)
