Job Title: Sr Executive-Client Servicing & Social MediaImmediate Joiners preferredOverviewWe are looking for a proactive and creative professional who can seamlessly manage clientrelationships while leading social media strategy and execution. This role requires strongcommunication, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of digital trends to deliver impactfulresults for clients.Key Responsibilities- Client Servicing● Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely communicationand smooth coordination.● Understand client objectives, challenges, and expectations to deliver effective solutions.● Manage project timelines, deliverables, and internal workflow across creative, content,and strategy teams.● Conduct regular review meetings, share performance reports, and gather feedback toimprove service quality.● Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and maintaining strongrelationships.● Prepare and present campaign ideas, social media plans, and performance updates.Social Media Management● Develop, execute, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram,Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.).● Create and curate engaging content in collaboration with the design and content teams.● Monitor social trends, competitor activities, and emerging formats to optimize contentperformance.● Manage social media calendars, posting schedules, and community engagement.● Analyse performance metrics and prepare insights-driven reports.● Plan and manage paid promotions (if applicable).Requirements● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.● 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, social media management, or digital marketing.● Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and content trends.● Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.● Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.● Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.● Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, orsimilar (preferred).Key Competencies● Client relationship management● Social media strategy● Content planning & execution● Analytical thinking● Time management & organisation● Creativity & trend awareness● Team coordination
