Responsibilities include developing project plans, managing resources and budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management:Lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to project schedules, quality standards and project requirements.Project Strategy:Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedules, budget, and resource allocation.Budget Management:Ensure effective resource utilization and manage project budgets to achieve cost efficiency.Cross Functional Collaboration:Work with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.Risk Management:Identify and mitigate project risks, addressing issues proactively to ensure success.Progress Monitoring:Monitor and report on project progress, maintaining effective communication with stakeholders and senior management.Stakeholder Management:Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and status updates to keep stakeholders informed.Continuous Improvement:Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices to enhance project delivery.Project Closure & Handover:Oversee project completion and ensure a smooth handover to clients.Brand Positioning:Ensure Adani's brand values are shown in all interactions.
