The individual will manage sales activities, guide prospects through the sales process, and close deals with potential clients. The responsibilities include leading and motivating a sales team, meeting sales targets, and building long-term client relationships. The candidate will also be involved in identifying potential markets and business opportunities, planning sales strategies, and conducting client follow-ups, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.Qualifications- Proven experience in sales, client relationship management, and effective communication - Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a sales team to achieve targets - Strong understanding of real estate market trends and property dealings - Skills in negotiation, problem-solving, and creating strategic sales plans - Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment - Relevant education and certifications in sales, marketing, or real estate are advantageous - Previous experience in real estate sales, especially in Gurugram, is a plus
