About the RoleWe are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and relationship-driven Assistant Manager, Program Management to manage and strengthen engagement with our Alumni network, comprising senior professionals working in top global product companies. This role requires excellent communication, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to handle time-sensitive situations with maturity and ownership.The Program Manager will be responsible for planning and executing sessions with Alumni, driving referrals, ensuring smooth operations of alumni-led programs, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesAlumni & Stakeholder Engagement, Build and maintain strong relationships with Alumni, including senior leaders from top product companies.Program Planning & Execution Plan, schedule, and manage Alumni-led sessions, ensuring maximum participation despite busy schedules.Problem Solving & Crisis Management, Manage unexpected issues such as last-minute speaker cancellations or unresponsive stakeholders.Cross-Functional Coordination, Collaborate closely with student operations, marketing, academic teams, and leadership to ensure program success.Process Ownership & Improvement, own the Alumni engagement and program coordination processesRequired Skills & Qualifications- 2–6 years of experience in Program Management, Operations, Community Management, or similar roles. - Exceptional communication skills—clear, professional, and empathetic. - Strong stakeholder management experience, especially with senior or time-constrained individuals. - Strong problem-solving, quick-thinking, and decision-making skills. - Ability to work with incomplete information and drive clarity. - High ownership mindset with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
