We eliminate long wait times and chaotic health records with AI-powered scheduling, real-time queue management, and integrated digital medical records.We work closely with clinics, hospitals, and diagnostic centers to digitize their daily operations and improve both patient experience and operational efficiency.We’re looking for self-driven individuals who enjoy execution, coordination, and customer interaction; people who can take ownership of implementations and ensure customers successfully adopt our platform.At Schedul.co, you will work directly with founders, product, and support teams, and your contribution will have a visible, measurable impact on business growth.Why Join Us?- Own the complete customer implementation lifecycle.- Work directly with doctors, clinic staff, and administrators.- Play a key role in customer adoption and long-term success.- Gain hands-on exposure to healthcare operations and SaaS workflows.- Earn recurring incentives based on successful implementations.Role Summary & Responsibilities:- Take ownership of customer onboarding after sales handover- Coordinate with clinics/hospitals to collect onboarding inputs and requirements- Configure the Schedul.co platform based on customer workflows- Conduct on-site or remote training for:- Doctors / Clinician Assistants / Technicians - Reception and admin staff- Manage pilot usage, UAT, and ensure smooth go-live- Act as the primary point of contact during implementation- Ensure customers actively use the platform post go-live- Coordinate with internal support and product teams for issue resolution- Track implementation status, usage metrics, and follow-ups- Ensure subscription activation and readiness for monthly billing- Visit customer locations when required for onboarding, training, or audits- Maintain documentation, checklists, and status updates for assigned accountsDesired Skillset & Qualifications:- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- High ownership mindset with strong follow-up discipline.- Comfortable working in a field + coordination role.- Ability to explain software workflows to non-technical users.- Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.- Comfortable using tools like:- WhatsApp, Google Sheets, MS Excel - CRM or task tracking tools- Willingness to travel locally for customer visits and training.- Basic understanding of SaaS products is a plus (training will be provided).- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Engineering / Management preferred).Performance Expectations:- Successful onboarding and go-live of assigned customers- Timely completion of implementations- High customer adoption and active usage post go-live- Clear documentation and follow-up discipline- Minimal escalations and effective coordination with support teamsSalary & Benefits:Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 /month;Incentives:- Recurring incentive for every successfully implemented and active customer- Incentives tied to onboarding completion and sustained usageTravel Allowance: Fixed monthly TA, in addition to salary.Growth Opportunity:- Fast learning curve in SaaS operations and healthcare workflows- Opportunity to grow into Senior Operations / Customer Success rolesWork Schedule:- 5-day workweek; Saturdays half-day working.- Occasional weekend work may be required for training or critical go-lives.Selection Process:Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for:- Initial discussion- Role-fit and scenario-based interview“Operations is where promises turn into reality.
