Job Title: Manager / Senior Manager – OT Security (Industrial Cybersecurity)Location: Bangalore, IndiaExperience: 6+ YearsEmployment Type: Full-timeJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Manager / Senior Manager – OT Security to lead and strengthen our Operational Technology (OT) cybersecurity program. The role is responsible for securing industrial control systems (ICS), driving OT security strategy, managing risk, and ensuring resilience across industrial environments while collaborating with operations, engineering, IT, and leadership teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Strategy- Lead and manage the OT security function, including strategy, roadmap, and execution - Act as a key advisor to leadership on OT cyber risk, safety, and resilience - Drive IT–OT security convergence and enterprise alignment - Lead and mentor OT security teams and cross-functional stakeholdersOT Security Program Management- Own the end-to-end OT security program, including governance, risk, and compliance - Conduct and oversee OT risk assessments, threat modeling, and remediation initiatives - Define and track OT security KPIs, KRIs, and maturity metrics - Oversee OT vulnerability management and incident response - Manage third-party and vendor risk in OT environmentsArchitecture & Engineering Oversight- Oversee secure design and implementation of OT/ICS security architectures - Guide network segmentation, firewalls, DMZs, and secure remote access for OT systems - Review and approve security designs for SCADA, DCS, PLC, RTU, and IIoT environments - Evaluate and govern OT security tools and platformsCompliance & Governance- Ensure compliance with IEC 62443, NIST 800-82, ISO 27001, and relevant regulations - Lead internal and external audits and regulatory assessments - Develop and maintain OT security policies, standards, and procedures - Support cyber resilience, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning for OT systemsStakeholder & Vendor Management- Partner with plant operations, engineering, IT, and business teams - Manage OEMs, system integrators, and security vendors - Support RFPs, solution evaluations, and contract reviewsRequired Skills & Experience- 6+ years of experience in OT / ICS / Industrial Cybersecurity - Proven experience in managing or leading OT security initiatives - Strong understanding of SCADA, DCS, PLCs, RTUs, HMIs, and industrial networks - Knowledge of industrial protocols (Modbus, DNP3, OPC, Profinet, EtherNet/IP, BACnet) - Hands-on expertise in OT network security, segmentation, firewalls, and monitoring - Strong understanding of OT threat landscape and incident responsePreferred Qualifications- Certifications: GICSP, CISSP, CISM, IEC 62443, CRISC - Experience with OT security tools (e.g., Nozomi, Claroty, Dragos, Tenable.ot, Forescout) - Experience in manufacturing, energy, utilities, oil & gas, or critical infrastructure - Exposure to multi-site or global OT environments
