Job involves scouting, shortlisting, coordination with stakeholders till the final opening of the dealership as per requirements.Experience: 7 to 10 years only.Education:- B.E + MBA OR B.E OR Any Grad+ MBAPrinciple Accountabilities:Network Expansion❖ Survey the potential areas❖ Scouting, shortlisting and appointing of dealer candidates❖ New candidate proposal & city presentation readiness before the final panel interview❖ Layout coordination and approval from sales / service & HO teams❖ Coordination with approved vendors of the company for various CI elements like furniture, POS, equipment etc.,❖ Generation of Dealer codes for kick start of new business operations and effective working❖ Ensuring Adherence of targeted timelines and submission of SOO PPT - Start of Operations of FacilitySnap On and Dealer Profitability❖ Coordinating with dealers on timely submission of Snap on Reports every Quarter❖ Monitoring dealer viability - new, existing and VISTAAR outletsNetwork Processes❖ Coordinating for R-Store standards & corporate audit readiness for showroom & workshop❖ Ensuring Training of the new dealers❖ F&F of closed dealer and final closure in books as per Renault norms.❖ Removal of existing CI / branding items from closed or not operational dealers❖ Vendor pending payments clearance from closed or operational dealer
