Job Description

Role OverviewAs a BTL Campaign Manager, you will own end-to-end execution of on-ground campaigns — from planning and permissions to staffing, vendor coordination, QC, and client reporting. You'll be accountable for flawless execution, budget control, timelines, and brand experience across touchpoints like IT parks, RWAs, malls, retail, events, and communities.Responsibilities:Campaign Planning & Execution- Own end-to-end execution of BTL activations and sampling campaigns across cities. - Convert briefs into detailed execution plans: timelines, manpower, inventory, logistics, assets, and daily targets. - Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and quality standards at every touchpoint.Vendor & Promoter Management- Source, onboard, and manage vendors (fabrication, manpower agencies, logistics, printing, permissions). - Recruit/train promoters/supervisors; ensure grooming, script adherence, and on-ground discipline. - Create checklists/SOPs to improve repeatability and reduce execution errors.Permissions, Logistics & Inventory Control- Coordinate permissions with IT parks, RWAs, malls, retail chains, event organisers. - Plan sample movement, stock reconciliation, daily issuance/returns, and damage/leakage control. - Ensure assets (kiosks, standees, QR boards, giveaways, uniforms) are ready on time.On-Ground Quality Control & Problem Solving- Conduct recce and site readiness checks; ensure setup is on-brand and operationally sound. - Manage escalations in real time and ensure zero disruption to client experience. - Track daily output vs targets (footfall, trials, opt-ins/leads, distributions).Reporting & Client Coordination- Share daily/weekly reports with clear metrics, photos, observations, and actionable insights. - Coordinate with internal sales/ops teams for smooth handovers and client communication. - Support post-campaign wrap-up: learnings, improvement plan, and next campaign recommendations.What We're Looking For:- 2–3 years of hands-on BTL/brand activation experience. - Strong operational ownership: you can run multi-city campaigns without handholding. - Proven vendor management skills and ability to control cost, quality, and timelines. - Comfortable with metrics tracking, reporting, and structured documentation. - Great communication + calm execution under pressure. - Willingness to travel and manage field-heavy operations.How to Apply:Apply via LinkedIn or careers@ with your resume and a short note covering:- Campaigns you've executed (touch points + cities) - Team sizes managed (promoters/vendors) - A campaign you're proud of (and why)
