We're hiring for the Chief of Staff/Senior Program Manager in Founder's Office - people who are structured and deeply outcome-driven.The opportunityThis is not a "strategy-only" role. This role is a combination of execution and hands-on operator where you will:- Pick up any mission-critical project (primarily GTM-related) - Break ambiguity into structure - Execute relentlessly - Own outcomes end-to-endYou will work directly with the Founder/CEO/Function Heads, operate across Sales, Marketing, Growth, Ops, Product, and People, and be accountable for results - not activity. Mission-Critical Execution (Core)- Take ownership of high-priority, high-impact projects, largely across GTM functions (Sales, Growth, Partnerships, Revenue Ops). - Convert loosely defined problems into clear plans, owners, milestones, and outcomes. - Drive execution personally - just not by delegating - Be measured on output and business impact, just not effort.2. Founder's Office Operations- Act as an execution extension of the Founder/Function Head. - Cut through noise, bring structure, and ensure follow-through. - Track priorities, unblock decisions, and ensure important things actually get done. - Step in wherever required - there are no fixed lanes.3. Cross-Functional Program Ownership- Run cross-functional initiatives involving Sales, Marketing, Product, Ops, and People. - Hold teams accountable to timelines and outcomes while being easy to work with. - Ensure projects move from idea to execution - measurable results.4. GTM & Business Rigor- Work on GTM problem statements: funnel efficiency, pricing motions, sales productivity, customer segmentation, expansion plays. - Bring structure and rigor to how GTM decisions are made and executed. - Build simple but powerful operating dashboards (MIS) - no vanity metrics.5. Data, Metrics & Reviews- Own weekly/monthly MIS for leadership. - Turn data into clear insights and decisions, not reports. - Create cadence around reviews, follow-ups, and accountability.What We're Looking For1.
