Job Title:Sales Team Leader – Real Estate Pre-Sales Department:Sales / Pre-Sales Job Type:Full-Time Location:Shela, Ahmedabad Salary: Up to ₹45,000 per month (based on experience and performance)Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Team Leader to manage and drive the Pre-Sales team for real estate campaigns. The role involves supervising daily pre-sales operations, ensuring effective lead management, improving conversion rates, and coordinating closely with marketing and site sales teams. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership capabilities and hands-on experience in real estate pre-sales.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the Pre-Sales team to achieve assigned targets Oversee inbound and outbound calling for real estate projects Ensure timely follow-ups and proper lead qualification Monitor team performance, call quality, and conversion ratios Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Site Teams for smooth closures Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS and performance reports Handle client escalations and ensure customer satisfaction Train and onboard new team members on CRM, scripts, and project details Ensure strict adherence to CRM processes and company policiesRequired Skills & Competencies:Strong team-handling and leadership skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Good knowledge of real estate pre-sales and inside sales processes Target-driven mindset with analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in CRM systems and MS ExcelQualifications:Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG preferred) 3–5 years of experience in Real Estate Pre-Sales or Inside Sales Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Team Leader or SupervisorPreferred Experience:Experience handling residential or commercial real estate campaigns Exposure to digital, walk-in, and channel partner leadsKey Performance Indicators (KPIs):Lead-to-site-visit conversion Team productivity and efficiency Target achievement CRM accuracy and reporting compliance
