We’re looking for a strong MERN Stack Developer who understands security, transactions, and real-money systems.What You’ll Work On Crypto Exchanges ICO / Token Sale Platforms FinTech Projects like PAYTM Secure payment & transaction systems Real-time dashboards & admin panels High-performance, scalable APIsRequired Technical Skills ✅ Strong expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js ✅ Experience with real-time systems (WebSockets / Socket.IO) ✅ Strong understanding of payment gateways & transaction flows ✅ Hands-on experience with crypto wallets & blockchain integrations ✅ Secure authentication (JWT, OAuth, 2FA) ✅ Role-based access control & permission systems ✅ Database optimization & transaction consistency ✅ REST API design & third-party API integrationsSecurity & Performance Focus API security, rate limiting & DDOS protection Protection against XSS, CSRF, NoSQL injection Encryption (data at rest & in transit) Logging, monitoring & audit trails High-concurrency transaction handling➕ Good to Have ➕ Experience with crypto exchanges / ICO / fintech products ➕ Knowledge of Blockchain APIs, Web3, RPC integrations ➕ Redis, queues (BullMQ), caching ➕ DevOps basics (Docker, PM2, CI/CD)Interview Process Round 1: Technical Round Round 2: Advanced Technical Round Round 3: HR Round
