Revenue AnalystThese full-time, remote positions require 3-5 years of experience in revenue management and digital marketing for independent hotels. Candidates should have a strong grasp of PMS, CRS, and RMS systems (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch, SynXis).Key Responsibilities:Complex Revenue Manager:• Develop and implement pricing strategies for multiple properties to maximize revenue and market share.• Analyze market trends, manage inventory, and adjust distribution channels.• Lead the forecasting process, aligning with property goals and competitive data.• Work closely with property GMs and US-based teams to optimize performance.Complex Revenue Analyst:• Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights to drive revenue growth.• Maintain and update daily pricing, inventory controls, and distribution strategies.• Collaborate on financial reporting and performance analysis.Qualifications:• 3-5 years of experience in revenue management for independent hotels.• Proficiency with PMS, CRS, and RMS systems (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch, SynXis).• Strong analytical and communication skills.• Ability to work remotely in Mumbai, with US hours (EST to PDT).Why Join Us?• Be part of an innovative team transforming hospitality.• Work with top independent US hotels.• Fully remote, with flexible hours aligned to the US market.Application Process:We’re conducting interviews this week and next in Mumbai.
