Job Summary Own end‑to‑end P&L and growth for a large EV business operating on company‑owned, company‑operated (COCO) stores. Accountable for national sales, channel economics, after‑sales and service excellence, network rollout, commercial partnerships and regional leadership. Role blends strategic planning (≈30%) with heavy operational execution (≈70%), requiring frequent field presence, strong stakeholder management and the ability to convert strategy into repeatable playbooks that scale across 100s of outlets. Key Responsibilities P&L Ownership — Deliver revenue, margin and EBITDA targets for the pan India business; own monthly forecasts, variance analysis and corrective plans. Sales and Channel Strategy — Define COCO economics, pricing and incentive frameworks; optimize channel mix, conversion funnels and store productivity. Network Expansion and Rollout — Prioritise markets, lead site selection and execute COCO openings to board targets; ensure 90‑day ramp plans and launch SOP compliance. After‑Sales and Service Excellence — Set service SLAs, warranty policy, spare parts strategy and technician capability targets to drive NPS and reduce turnaround. Operational Scalability — Build and institutionalise playbooks, SOPs, regional operating models and exception management to reduce operational variance. Supply, Inventory and Working Capital — Align with supply chain to minimise stockouts, optimise parts inventory days and manage WIP/working capital for stores and service centres. People and Leadership — Hire, develop and retain regional heads and field leaders; create succession plans and a performance culture across regions. Stakeholder Management and Governance — Report to CEO/Board, manage investor and partner relationships, and coordinate cross‑functionally with Product, Finance, Legal and Regulatory teams. Required Skills and Qualifications Experience:15–22 years with progressive leadership in 2W OEMs, EV OEMs, national COCO retail, large auto after‑sales divisions or consumer electronics service networks. Domain knowledge:Deep understanding of COCO retail economics, spare parts & warranty economics, service operations, and EV battery/charging implications. Commercial acumen:Proven track record of P&L ownership, pricing and channel incentive design, and margin improvement at scale. Operational delivery:Demonstrated experience running pan‑India rollouts, improving service NPS and materially reducing service turnaround times. Analytical skills:Strong data fluency; comfortable with dashboards, unit economics, KPI modelling and using analytics to drive decisions. People leadership:Experience building regional leadership teams, succession planning and reducing outlet‑level churn.Education:MBA from a top school or equivalent technical degree preferred; strong preference for pedigree colleges or demonstrable high‑quality organisational experience.
