Faculty – Human Resource Management & Organizational BehaviourPosition:Assistant Professor- HR & OB Qualification Required:MBA in Human Resource Management Department:Academics Employment Type:Full-Time1. Role Summary The faculty member will be responsible for teaching, mentoring, and academically guiding PGDM students in subjects related toHuman Resource ManagementandOrganizational Behaviour , ensuring high-quality classroom delivery, academic rigor, and holistic student development.2. Key Responsibilities Teaching & Academic Delivery · Deliver courses inHuman Resource Management ,Organizational Behaviour , and related areas. · Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and case studies aligned with curriculum requirements. · Conduct lectures, tutorials, workshops, and interactive classroom sessions. · Use innovative and student-centered teaching methodologies. Assessment & Evaluation · Design and evaluate assignments, quizzes, internal assessments, and examinations. · Ensure timely submission of grades and maintain transparency in student evaluation. Student Engagement & Mentoring · Provide academic and career guidance to students as needed. · Support students in projects, internships, presentations, and research work. Administrative & Institutional Responsibilities · Participate in academic committees and departmental activities. · Assist in AICTE and institute-related documentation, NBA activities if required. · Contribute to admission drives, student development activities, and institutional events. Curriculum & Content Development · Assist in curriculum enrichment, content development, and value-added modules. · Stay updated with industry trends in HR and OB.3. Required Qualifications & Experience ·MBA in Human Resource Managementfrom a recognized university (PhD not mandatory). · Teaching experience preferred but freshers with strong academic background may also apply. · Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.4. Key Competencies · Deep understanding of HR concepts, OB theories, and managerial practices. · Ability to connect theory with real-world applications. · Professional attitude, ethical conduct, and student-centric approach. · Strong classroom management and ability to engage learners effectively.5.
